Terms and conditions

1. We are CatCheck B.V., a proud company based in Rotterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 91117356. You can count on us.

2. Our specialty is providing unique cat litter, available for one-time purchase or as a subscription. If you choose the subscription, you can cancel at any time, subject to a one-calendar-month notice period.

3. Like everyone else, we’re not immune to inflation and may decide to adjust our prices. Don’t agree with the new prices? Let us know no later than 14 days before the scheduled delivery of your next bag, and we’ll part ways smoothly—no hassle, no pain, and no costs for you.

4. Changed your mind about your order? No problem. Notify us within 14 days, and we’ll undo everything. Please note, this does not apply to used litter. 🤢😉

5. Opened packages are also considered used and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

6. In 99% of cases, we deliver our litter within two working days. If our courier is unable to meet this timeframe, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

7. Speaking of promises: our cat litter does exactly what litter is supposed to do. Guaranteed. For the record: we do not guarantee that your cat will stay healthy or that you can rely solely on our litter for its health. Therefore, we accept no liability for incorrect results, such as false positives or false negatives. After all, you know your cat best.

8. Lastly, we promise to do our best to resolve any complaints amicably. In the rare event that this doesn’t work, we will cooperate to bring the matter before a Dutch court to determine how the issue should be resolved under Dutch law.
