Terms and conditions

Here are the 7 general terms and conditions of Cat Check that apply to every purchase. Not too many, not too complicated.
1. We are CatCheck B.V., a proud Rotterdam-based company registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91117356. You can count on us.
2. Our specialty is providing unique cat litter, available both as a one-time purchase and on a subscription basis. In the latter case, cancellation is always possible, subject to a notice period of one calendar month.
3. We are not immune to inflation and may decide to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Disagree? Let us know within 14 days, and we will ensure our paths part smoothly; without pain, effort, and cost to you. This also applies to changes in these terms and conditions.
4. Regret your order? No problem. Let us know within 15 days and we will reverse everything, excluding shipping costs. We provide the return label, for which we may ask a small fee. Please understand this does not apply to used litter 🤢😉.
5. Opened packages are also considered used and, unfortunately, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
6. We deliver the litter in 99% of cases within 5 business days. If our courier cannot manage this, we will inform you as soon as possible. We promise that you will receive the litter within 14 days.
7. Speaking of promises: our cat litter does what litter is supposed to do. Promised. If our litter fails to indicate abnormal pH or blood in the urine, we will take responsibility and reimburse that purchase. For the record: we do not guarantee that your cat will remain healthy or that you can blindly rely on our litter for its health. Therefore, we do not accept liability in the event of a false positive or false negative result. After all, you know your cat better than anyone...
8. Lastly, we commit to resolving complaints through good mutual consultation. Should this not be possible in rare cases, we will always cooperate to submit the matter to the Dutch courts to hear how the problem should be resolved according to Dutch law.
