Terms and conditions
These are the 8 general terms and conditions that apply to every purchase at CatCheck. Not too many, not too complicated.
- We are CatCheck B.V., a proud Rotterdam-based company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 91117356 and VAT number NL865556878B01. You can count on us.
- We specialize in providing unique cat litter, available both as a one-time purchase or as part of a subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with a notice period of one full calendar month.
- Even we aren’t immune to inflation and may occasionally adjust our prices. Don’t agree with a change? Just let us know at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery, and we’ll part ways, no fuss, no fees, no hard feelings.
- Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 14 days, and we’ll refund you. We do hope you understand this doesn’t apply to used litter. 🤢😉 🤢😉
- For hygiene reasons, we consider opened packages as used and cannot accept them for return.
- Orders placed on business days before 15:00 (CET) are typically delivered the next working day within the Netherlands. We always strive for fast delivery, but delays can occasionally occur. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed.
- Our litter does what litter is supposed to do, promise. However, we cannot guarantee your cat’s health or that our product alone is sufficient to monitor it. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for inaccurate results, such as false positives or false negatives. After all, no one knows your cat better than you.
- We do our very best to resolve complaints through friendly and fair communication. If, in rare cases, that doesn’t work out, any legal matters will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch law.
